Dale NOe
Senior Pastor
Dale Noe currently serves Christ as senior pastor at Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church in Northeast Arkansas since August 2020. He is married to Susie and they have two daughters, Alexandria and Arianna. With a master’s degrees from Gateway Seminary and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Noe is currently completing his doctorate through Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His passion is seeing SBC churches being revitalized through evangelism and discipleship training.

Brian Whitlow
Associate Pastor
Brian Whitlow has served as our associate pastor since the spring of 2023. He and his wife, Micah, have two sons, Keegan and Emmett. Pastor Brian previously served more than 10 years in student ministry in other Northeast Arkansas churches. Outside of ministry, he is also an elementary teacher for the Buffalo Island school district.

Kathy Faulkner
DIrector of Students
Kathy has served as director of students at BCBC since 2021. She has served in children's and student ministry for more than 20 years. She loves mission work and has been to Guatemala and Nicaragua. Kathy and her husband, Chris, have three sons, Gunnar, Hayden, and Cade. Outside of ministry, Kathy works at GCT as a district Behavior Interventionist.

Reece Ruhl
DIrector of Music
Reece started as Director of Music Ministries in 2023. Born in Paragould, Arkansas, Ruhl
graduated from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas in May of 2022 with his
Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance. After living in Kansas and working on his Master’s
degree in Opera performance, he is happy to be back home with his family. He has had and still has an active career in opera, choir, musical theatre, and classical music performance. He is excited to serve in the church he grew up in.

Jody Brashears
MInistry Assisstant
Jody has been our ministry assistant since January 2023. She helps with many things at BCBC. She is married to James and they have three children, Skylar, Haven, and Aiden. She loves riding the side by side and camping and her favorite season is fall.
